What We Do

No matter if you're a newcomer to product development, an expert in the field, an entrepreneur or a large established business, we have the experience and know-how to bring your ideas to life with plastic. Regardless of the size and scale of your project and what part of the development process you are in with your product, Millennium Plastics will be able to cater for all your moulding needs.

Quality is in our DNA. Being the preferred supplier for some of the world's leading medical device and animal health companies means our products are closely scrutinised by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). So we don't take shortcuts; we must operate at the highest level of quality standard compliance. Is your product subject to certain standards? Let us know and we'll meet them, guaranteed.

We work closely with you to ensure we understand your compliance requirements. Where needed, we can also take on some of your compliance-related tasks. We're ISO 9001:2008-certified and follow cGMP principals. We practice Total Quality Management to ensure that every person working on your product has been fully trained to do their job expertly. We have an in-house developed lean manufacturing system, MPower, to ensure that we manufacture sensibly to ensure minimal environmental impact and time wasting to maximise value. Efficiency means better value for you, our customer
We work hard so that you can rest easy, confident that your product will meet the agreed-upon quality standards. And, best of all, it won't cost you anything extra. Why? Because quality—products, processes and people—is just who we are. It's all just part of the Millennium package.

This phase is about collaboration. We can use whatever you've got, whether that's a fully-developed concept or just an idea scrawled on the back of an envelope. You'll work with a team of open-minded, highly-skilled engineers who know how to turn your inspiration into real-world creation. And don't worry—your intellectual property (IP) is in safe hands. We have a robust internal IP strategy to ensure that your ideas stay

your ideas.

The process involves 3D computer modelling followed by high-speed prototyping. Computer-aided design (CAD) allows us to get the product right on-screen. Then we use 3D printing to instantly create the prototype. This system is quick and accurate. You'll get your product to market faster while remaining confident that the product is right the first time. To complement our in-house expertise, we work closely with a network of strategic international supply partners. This means we offer you a complete and streamlined service, from concept to product.

We're not the only ones who believe in this approach. Plastic NZ awarded us the Design and Innovators Award in recognition of our work at the industry's cutting edge.
